After a thorough evaluation, Dr. Horton personally presents to the patient a written Report of Findings , including a customized treatment plan. Within two business days, a thorough Narrative Report, including treatment plan and prognosis, is sent to the referring physician.Results Oriented
Because everyone responds differently to care, periodic re-examinations are performed, including objective computerized spinal sEMG and Thermal scans, to make sure the patient is improving as expected.
