After a thorough evaluation, Dr. Horton personally presents to the patient a written Report of Findings , including a customized treatment plan. Within two business days, a thorough Narrative Report, including treatment plan and prognosis, is sent to the referring physician.

Because everyone responds differently to care, periodic re-examinations are performed, including objective computerized spinal sEMG and Thermal scans, to make sure the patient is improving as expected. Using the latest diagnostic and treatment technology, Dr. Horton works to quickly relieve pain and correct the underlying problem.
